Questions on access and records

These questions cover how access, records and requests work for India accounts. They also explain when local law controls a feature, how you can ask for a copy or correction, and which route we use to verify identity. If your request touches payment records, we may keep the file open until the related checks are complete and then close it in line with our retention rules.

They apply when you open an account, send a request or use any page linked to your India account. If local law blocks a feature in your area, we do not make that feature available there.

Yes. Send the request from your registered email or in-app chat, and we will confirm identity before sharing the records we are allowed to provide under applicable law.

Cookies keep sign-in state, language choice and form progress. You can change browser settings, but some security and account functions may stop working if you block the essential ones.

Tell us from the account route you already use, and we will verify the change before we update the profile. Some record fields may stay in place if law or tax duties require them.

We keep payment records only for the time needed for fraud control, reconciliation, tax duties and dispute handling. After that, we delete or anonymise them under our retention rules.

Access depends on local law and is available only where local law permits. If your state, device route or payment path is not eligible, the related feature stays closed.

Use in-app chat, the registered email or the web form, and include your account name plus the change you want. We verify the request, then send the next step.
